SIX NATIONS — The defending Minto Cup Champion Six Nations Arrows Express has started the 2016 Jr. A campaign quietly on the road as they get ready for the annual Bread and Cheese game as their traditional home opener, set for Monday May 23 at the ILA, at 4 p.m.

Both Powless and Montour went overage and won't be a part of this year's team, but there are a lot of great players in the wings to take overhear roles with the club this year. Photo by Ward Laforme.
