BRANT COUNTY — On Friday March 4, 2022, at approximately 3:38 p.m., officers with the Brant County police responded to an assault complaint on Brant County Road 18 in the County of Brant.
It was determined two vehicles were involved in a collision and a person was assaulted with bear spray. Two people were transported to an area hospital by Brant-Brantford Paramedic Services as a precaution.
Police have charged Michael S. FOEHR, 60 years-old from Brantford with Assault with A Weapon (two counts), Assault, Administer noxious thing (two counts) and Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose (two counts).
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Brantford at a later date
