OHSWEKEN — On October 2, Six Nations Police witnessed a vehicle swerve onto the shoulder and then into the opposite land of Fourth Line Road. Officers stopped the driver and witnessed them to appear drunk and smell of alcohol. There were alcoholic beverages inside the vehicle.
Police arrested Kyle Jeffery Johnson, 39, of Ohsweken and he is now facing charges of impaired driving and dangerous driving.
He will appear in court at a later date.
