OHSWEKEN — Two people are facing drug charges, thanks to another drug trafficking investigation by Six Nations Police.
Police say on August 31, officers witnessed two males sitting in a vehicles, selling drugs at a Hagersville shopping plaza parking lot. A warrant was obtained for police to search the vehicle and a connected Brantford motel room.
A total of $38,000 worth of fentanyl was seized, along with methamphetamine, Canadian currency, digital scales a debt list and cellphones.
Police arrested and charged Jason Immel, 45-years-old of Ohsweken, Ontario with the following criminal offences:
– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – fentanyl
– Possession – methamphetamine
– Proceeds of Crime under $5,000
Police have also arrested and charged Richard Mckenzie, 36-years-old of Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Ontario with the following criminal offences:
– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – fentanyl
– Possession – methamphetamine
– Proceeds of Crime under $5,000
