HALDIMAND COUNTY – On June 18, 2022, at 8:14 p.m., OPP responded to a report of a collision involving an ATV that had struck a hydro pole on South Coast Drive in Nanticoke.
The rider of the ATV was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
As a result of the investigation, Justin James STAATS, 28-years-old, of Nanticoke is charged with: Driving a motor vehicle while impaired, Driving a motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, Obstruct Peace Officer, Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code.
