Project brings art to address sexual assault

OHSWEKEN – A travelling art gallery opened at the Ganohnkwa’sra Family Assault Support Centre in Ohsweken this week as part of a province wide project to bring awareness to sexual violence and assault.

The Roadshow is a shipping container filled with tools of multiple art disciplines to help the community identify and address sexual assault in an accessible way.

Public showings will be this Wednesday and Thursday at 1p.m. Community members are welcome to participate in the project through to the end of July.
