More spaces coming to Iroquois Lodge

TORONTO — Ontario announced more long-term care beds will be coming to the Iroquois Lodge in Ohsweken.

64 new beds will be given to the nursing care facility.

Brantford’s Fox Ridge Care and John Noble Home, as well as homes in Hagersville and Port Dover, will see a total of just over 200 new beds.

The spots are part of a provincial plan to open 5000 new spaces at long term care facilities by 2022.
