HALDIMAND — A woman from Waterford has been arrested in connection to a fatal fail-to-remain collision that claimed the life of 23-year-old Alexander Dalton of Hagersville on Friday April 23, 2021.
Felicia Kick, 30, is charged with Accessory after the Fact to Commit an Indictable Offence, contrary to section 463(a) of the Criminal Code, and Public Mischief, contrary to section 140(1)(c) of the Criminal Code.
This is the third arrest in connection to Dalton’s death.
Two people from Ohsweken were arrested in December — Dakota Davey, 25, who is charged with being an accessory after the fact; and Acacia Emery, 25, facing charges of public mischief.
Police say they are still looking for information that would identify the driver of the vehicle that struck and killed Dalton and then fled the scene.
