OHSWEKEN — The Six Nations Novice Reps came from behind to take a point in a thrilling 2-2 final with Hagersville, at the Gaylord Powless Arena Sunday. There was no scoring in the first and second periods, as both goaltenders were taking care of business in a close-checking and evenly played matchup.
In the third, Asher Martin got Six Nations on the score sheet, assisted by Devan Lickers and Dayton Martin. Hagersville tallied twice and were coming on strong late in the period, but Six Nations goalie Kade Anthony stoned Hagersville shooters several times to give his team a chance to get back into the game. Then with 1:32 remaining in the game,
Shaylen Martin evened the score from Kamryn Hess and Kalym Racette to salvage a point with the tie.
