Six Nations Health Promotion and the Diabetes Hope Foundation are inviting community members to attend our 2014 Aboriginal Diabetes Retreat at Tim Horton’s Onondaga Farms on the weekend of September 12-14, 2014.

The 3-day program provides an opportunity for Aboriginal youth, ages 11-18, to come together with other youth from Six Nations, New Credit, and Oneida First Nations to learn about life as a diabetic and how Living the Good LifeSTYLE will help you prevent and/or successfully manage Type 2 diabetes.

While at camp, youth will take part in activities such as rock climbing, archery, bonfires, team building and leadership games
