BRANTFORD — Brantford Police are looking for more information after a young boy said he was approached by a woman in a brown van, offering him a ride home after school.

The incident happened outside of Centennial Park in Brantford where the boy was waiting to be picked up after school Friday.

Police said the boy was scared by the offer and ran into the school where he alerted staff.

The woman was described as white with a tan complexion, between 40 to 50 years old with dirty blonde hair. She was driving an older style brown four door van with tinted windows.

Police are requesting the driver to come forward. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact police.
