Green Bay, WI – A website for Wisconsin court says Matthew Joseph Myke, 36, has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a 14 year old child.
The Wisconsin Circuit Court Access updated details on the case to it’s website on January 23, showing Myke was found guilty of Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child (At Least 3 Violations of 1st or 2nd Degree Sexual Assault).
Court documents show the alleged victim was 14 years old at the time of the assault.
He was released on a $10,000 cash bond and ordered to have no contact with the victim.
The jury trial was heard on Jan 22 and 23 at the Brown County Courthouse in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Court documents show the charges are considered a Felony C and carry a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison and a maximum $100,000 fine.
