The Brant Community HealthCare System has launched its first-ever 2025-2030 DEI-B Roadmap to become more inclusive toward Indigenous patients and other racialized groups. The roadmap is built around four pillars: People, Patients, Partners, and Progress, and includes Indigenous Health and Well-Being sessions for staff.
