- 2 cups lyed white corn
- ½ onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 cup yellow beans, cut into ½ inch pieces
- 1 cup mushrooms, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
- 2 leaves of fresh sage, finely minced
Heat oil in pan on medium heat, add onions and garlic, sautee 3 mins. Add vegetables and sautee for 4 to 5 mins If there is a lot of water from vegetable, drain some out. You want a hot dry pan when you add the corn. Add lyed corn, turn heat up to high. Sautee for 8 to 10 mins on high heat. You want that lyed corn to get a nice crust on it. Add sunflower seeds and serve.
